Delivery Terms

Overview

We deliver across Lebanon either directly through our delivery team or through trusted courier partners to the delivery address provided at checkout or in your account details.

Delivery Charge:
A flat delivery fee of $3 applies across Lebanon, Orders above 50$ will get a FREE Delivery.

Delivery Timeline:
Ordered Products are expected to be delivered within 0 to 4 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation email. During high seasons, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be subject to delays.

Delivery Schedule:
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday during normal working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and in some cases, delivery may extend later in the evening. No deliveries are made on Sundays or official public holidays.

We may contact you to confirm the delivery date and approximate time.

Delivery Conditions:
Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Delivery fees may vary depending on the area.

Delivery of the ordered Product(s) may require a signature upon receipt. The order can be received either by the customer or by another adult present at the delivery address who can provide identification if requested.

Order Verification Upon Delivery:
Upon receiving your order, you or your authorized representative must immediately verify that the Product(s) match your order, including the type, quantity, and condition of the packaging.

If the Product(s) received do not match your order or are defective, you are entitled to request a return or exchange.

If the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following:
(i) Receive a replacement Product that matches your order (subject to stock availability) at no additional delivery cost  
(ii) Receive a refund of the amount paid, processed according to our refund policy

Compliance:
Family Care complies with all applicable Lebanese laws and regulations. We do not deal or provide any services or products to countries or entities subject to international sanctions, including those listed under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control), where applicable.

Transactions:
Multiple purchases may result in multiple charges appearing on your bank or card statement.
